Messy Church at Grange is for the whole family, that means Dad’s and Grandparent’s are all very welcome to come along.

We offer two kinds of messy church, the first is during school holidays and the second is on a Sunday morning every other month. It mostly runs from 10:30 -12:00.

Everyone is ‘booked in’ on arrival in the main church building and given name badges. Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult, who must stay throughout the event. There is always a theme for the day for example last February it valentine-messy-ch-221x300was’ love’ while it coincided with Valentines Day we shared how much God loves the world. Family are very welcome to get involved with the kids as they get their faces painted, create artwork, enjoy the various craft activities and supervised help is always on hand to show you how. Artwork can be taken home or left with us to display for all to appreciate. There is always plenty of hot and cold drinks available for everyone as well as cakes and biscuits.

On the Sunday Messy Church we have a light lunch together with both those who have come to messy church and those who have been worshiping next door in the side hall. This is a great way for both to meet and get to know one another and build a greater sense of community.

Whichever Messy Church suits you, you don’t need to book in advance, just come along and enjoy the fun!

Our next Messy Church will be at 1.30pm on Good Friday, 25th March.
